This type of cooking usually high heat and the temperatures range from 300F and above. Moist heat cooking includes any techniques of cooking that involve cooking with moisture or transferring heat to the food in the presence of moisture. Cooking temperatures range from 140F – 212F, because moisture doesn’t get any hotter than that temperature.
